1 Hour and 15 Minute Session
Kundalini Yoga decrease stress, offers deeper levels of connection, increased vitality and awakened creative potential. Kundalini yoga is considered the "mother-yoga" as it incorporates asana (movement), pranayam (breath) and mantra (sound) for an overall transformative experience. Kundalini yoga is also referred to as "the yoga of self awareness" as it works on the nervous and glandular systems to energize, activate and awaken the connection between mind, body and spirit allowing the body to fill with the light of the soul.

Each session will incorporate asana, breath-work, movement, mantra and meditation.
